Agent License
Each license grants login access to a specific number of agents for the current major InstantVoice release version. Licenses are backward compatible with previous releases, but will not work with future ones. For example, a license issued for release 3.1.0 is also valid for 3.0.4 and 3.2.0, but not for releases 4.0 and above.
Remote Installation
A special support package that includes remote assistance for installation and initial configuration.
Annual Subscription
An annual subscription grants access to all major version upgrades for one year. Subscriptions must be purchased per license.
